Natural SupplementsStarting a Healthy Diet Plan
The diet plans on the market today focuses on your emotional senses thinking that you are so obsessed with your weight, that you will purchase their product. Most of them give you a false perception of quick weight loss. I have not found any statistical data indicating to me that there is substantial or even the slightest amount of fat lost in a quick weight loss program. It is this writer?s opinion that any quick weight loss program will prove to be an unhealthy outcome.
For that reason, I steer clear of diet plan advertisements. I am and have been very weight conscious but I would not jump on the advertised diet plans? bandwagon. I held steadfast until I stumbled upon a diet aid that did not promote dieting at all.
When I tried the product of my choice, I had no idea of what good the product would do to help me with my weight dilemma. I tried a five-day fast that only promised me a jump-start to nutrition. My first thought was I needed to educate myself on what was good and what was bad in my daily diet. I am so glad I tried this product and now I don?t mind recommending a way for losing weight to anyone who asks me what I did to lose those unwanted pounds. It is very difficult to recommend a product you know nothing about or you have had no success with personally.
I have been on a roller coaster ride of weight gain and weight loss for so many years. It was not until January of 2007 that I got tired of the ride and got off. I started my five-day fast on January 8, 2007, having no idea of what the end result would be. On January 13, 2007, the end of my five-day fast, I resorted to the bathroom scales. To my surprise, I was fifteen pounds lighter according to the scales. After I calmed down a little bit from my excitement, I started finding ways to deny what I saw on the scales.
It has been almost three months since I started the fast and when I visited my physician on March 30, 2007, I was ten pounds lighter than I was on January 5, 2007. This made me very happy. I knew that most of the fifteen pounds difference on January 13, 2007 had to be fluid. I was right! Therefore, I did not lose fifteen pounds of fat during the five-day fast but I have lost ten pounds of fat in almost three months. I also lost my low self-esteem because of the roller coaster of up and down weight gain and weight loss.
From my experience, I have reiterated to myself that quick weight loss programs do not give you the desired results you are aiming for. A quick weight loss plan only gives you a false sense of success. I am going to start another five-day fast on April 9, 2007 to keep myself on track to my weight loss goal of eighty pounds this year. When January 1, 2008 comes, I want to be eighty pounds lighter than I was January 1, 2007. Who knows what my new heightened self-esteem will bring me?
Mary Mason-Shields encourages this form of weight loss motivation to help you unload those unwanted pounds and help you find that little person you lost. This will also help you begin a healthy and nutritious diet plan.
